Welcome to our Legendary Monsters Issue.
Happy 2008.
After our usual holiday respite, Tales is back with our "Legendary Monsters" Issue. Why Legendary Monsters? Simply because this theme seemed to be on our contributor's minds as they spun their creepy tales for us.
We have LaShawn M. Wanak's short but affecting treat, Crimson ,a new spin on a myth all of you will surely recognize in Wayne Summers' Serpent's Daughter, as well as Joe Christensen's Lycanthropes Anonymous (wouldn't want to step into the wrong room at the community center here!). We are also offering tempting fiction by Thomas Foley and Matt Shaner.
Terrie Leigh Relf, "Mistress of Rhetoric," offers many poetry delights in this issue as well as her own Valentine's sonnets..
In our articles section you'll find DVD movie reviews, as well as a "Love Sucks" article by Terrie Leigh Relf and more.
We are excited to announce the publication of Neves, written by our very own, Carlos R. Savournin. To kick things off, we are offering an autographed copy of Neves as the Grand Prize for our new "Ghost Story" Contest.
We continue our search for current and past contributors' information. We are striving to create an online "community" of our contributors and need your help to do this. If you are a current or past contributor, please send a full bio (several paragraphs), plus a picture of yourself (if you wish), your favorite links, book/story purchasing information, and whatever else you would like to be included on your own personal Moonlit Path webpage. Send this information to this address: contributors@moonlit-path.com.
Here's to bringing more terrific fiction to the internet masses in 2008!
