Spiritual Whispers
by Rochelle Moore
Her lost soul is left behind
Roaming shadows of the land.
Her voice whispers quietly in your mind,
echoing her thoughts with outstretched hand.
Touch the windows, feel the frost,
she floats outside in darkened skies.
Feel her presence, so icy-cold,
within the confines of your world.
Her mournful sobs and sorrow's there
You see her presence but cannot share.
Light flourescence wisping near
Her dew-laden spirit it now surrounds,
memories of a life once tasted,
her tousled hair wildly floats around.
Has it been a thousand years
she roams within this infinate world?
Freed from mortallity and yet still enchained
her spiritual whispers still unfurled.
