Only Your White Orb Guides Usby Bob Marcacci
When we come to you
following the cold lightIn winter
we can be warm looking
for you empty fieldsReveal the peace of another world
turned into a cemetery
where the dead lie and we wanderAmong ruins
we look for you alone
the white flower may appearCan you see us carrying books
we will read below the tree
at the centerOnly your light shine on these leaves
us the frosted petals
in a shadow
