The
Prize:
The Grand Prize winner will receive an autographed
copy of Charlotte Emma Gledson's newly published collection of short stories,
The Lonely Tree and Other Twisted Tales of Torment.

In the tradition of Weird Tales, Charlotte Emma Gledson's The Lonely Tree and Other Twisted Tales of Torment revisits the roots of horror. From the ageless cries of hell-bent love to depraved acts of vengeance, this collection cultivates the quintessence of horror and infuses a powerful blow of terror. Gledson's dark prose lyrically flows as a symphonious sonata of dread - such is the spellbinding command her tales have over the reader. Charlotte Emma Gldeson's debut collection solidifies her as a significant new voice in horror to be reckoned with. Surely, we'll be hearing from her for a long time to come.
